We are grateful that the V&E Greenline can remain open and provide a recreational outlet for our community in this time of uncertainty and social distancing, but we need your help in order to do so safely.
If you are experiencing any signs of illness, please stay home and consult a physician.
Practice social distancing by staying six feet away from others outside your family group.
Bring your own water bottle and dog waste bags to avoid contact with surfaces.
Allow individuals on bridges to pass before crossing the bridge yourself.
Keep dogs on leashes at all times.
Avoid touching public surfaces such as handrails and exercise bars if at all possible.
Stay on the trail at all times but move to the side to allow others to pass in either direction.
If the trail appears crowded in an area, select another area to enjoy or try later.
Wash your hands immediately after visiting the trail.
Our volunteer committee is continuing to function as best we can to keep the V&E Greenline clean safe, and enjoyable for the community. A small group of volunteers are performing routine maintenance and care for landscaping. Our 1.7 miles of trail is a treasure for the community and the city, and we are doing everything possible to keep it that way.
Your Support Is Also Essential
Donations fund everything you see and love about the V&E Greenline. From insurance and utilities to general maintenance, mowing, and graffiti removal - your support keeps your trail clean, safe, and enjoyable for the entire community.
We know it’s not feasible for everyone to give right now. Doing everything to keep the trail clean, safe, and enjoyable all comes from you. If you are able, please donate now. We are here for the community and we hope that we can count on you to be here for us in this challenging time. Any amount, large or small, will help keep the V&E Greenline running.
