Things To Do
For individuals & familes
Walk, run, & Cycle
The 1.7 miles of trail are enjoyed daily by walkers, runners, and cyclists including commuters to and from Rhodes College and Crosstown Concourse.
Enjoy nature
The trail is a natural woodland area with a variety of native plants, trees, birds, and animals. Work is underway to complete our Level 1 Arboretum Accreditation in 2020.
For Pets
amenities
A number of amenities are along the trail especially for pets including stocked pet waste stations and a water station near The Stationhouse on Tutwiler Ave at Avalon.
100% on-leash trail
All pets are required to be on-leash while using the trail. An off-leash area is available nearby at Overton Bark - in the heart of Overton Park, that is suitable for off-leash activities.
