Holiday Ornament 2024
Our 2024 holiday ornament features the “Beauty of Ingenuity” sculpture built by Yvonne Bobo in front of Kirby Station to honor the contribution of Jan Kirby to the V&E Greenline. This ornament is now available for a limited time. The ornament is locally made from natural wood laminate that is custom laser engraved by Ben Guthrie. The ornament is 3-1/2” across and has a natural green twine loop for hanging.
The reverse side features the Guthrie logo, a description of the statue, and our thanks for your support.
This year’s ornament will be available for purchase until Tuesday, December 10. This allows enough time for the ornaments to be made, packaged, and mailed to you in time to grace your holiday tree this year.
Each ornament is priced at $25 plus $3 for postage. If you order your ornament by Monday, December 2, you can pick it up at Kirby Station (1625 Tutwiler) on Sunday, December 8 from 2-4 pm and forego the shipping cost. Holiday Wreaths
Deck the halls and help support the trail this holiday season with your purchase of a beautiful holiday wreath for your home or business. We are offering two sizes (16-18” and 20-22”) of Fraser Fir wreaths sourced from Urban Earth Memphis. Wreaths are priced at $40 for a 16-18” wreath and $45 for a 20-22” wreath.
Please note: Wreath orders must be placed by November 30th for pickup on Sunday, December 8th from 2-4 PM at Kirby Station (1625 Tutwiler) where we will have ribbons and holiday embellishments on-hand for you to decorate your wreath with us. We will also have hot cocoa, cider, and cookies for free. Our 2024 holiday ornament and other Greenline merchandise will be available for those gifts on your list this year.
Proceeds from your purchase will help support all of the work (and expenses) that go into maintaining the V&E Greenline community trail year ‘round.
